1. INTRODUCTION
Phenikaa-X is a technology company under Phenikaa Group, focused on advancing autonomous systems and industrial robotics in Vietnam. We have successfully developed Level 4/5 autonomous vehicles and are currently conducting cutting-edge research in areas such as drone-based monitoring, service robotics, and autonomous driving perception and control systems.
We are seeking a Computer Vision Engineer to develop and optimize perception algorithms for real-world applications such as autonomous driving, robotics. You will work closely with senior researchers and contribute directly to production-ready solutions.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research, develop, and implement 2D/3D computer vision algorithms, including detection, segmentation, tracking, and prediction.
- Analyze and process multi-sensor datasets (Camera, LiDAR, Radar, IMU, GPS,..), ensuring data quality and consistency for training and evaluation.
- Design and propose model architectures, conduct experiments, and evaluate performance using appropriate metrics and benchmarks.
- Develop pipelines to generate and refine ground truth annotations, leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve labeling efficiency and accuracy.
- Optimize and deploy deep learning models on edge devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson), focusing on latency, memory efficiency, and real-time performance using tools such as TensorRT and ONNX.
3. REQIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision research and development.
- Good programming skills at least in Python or C++.
- Good understanding of Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop technical proposals and solutions.
Preferres Skills
- Familiarity with autonomous driving projects and public datasets such as KITTI, Waymo, nuScenes, and ONCE.
- Solid understanding of 2D/3D geometry and experience working with sensor data structures (e.g., images, point clouds, multi-modal data).
- Knowledge of Vision-Language Models (VLM) and Vision-Language-Action (VLA) frameworks.
