Phenikaa-X is a pioneering technology company in developing the “Made-in-Vietnam” autonomous vehicle platform, integrating AI, software, hardware, and intelligent control systems.To effectively manage multidisciplinary R&D projects, we are seeking a Project Manager with an Agile/Scrum mindset – who is capable of overseeing project timelines, quality, budgets, and teams, while also developing Scrum Master skills (company will provide internal training if needed) to cultivate an Agile culture within the organization.This role serves as the primary liaison between the Executive Board, Clients, and Technical Teams (AI, Software, Hardware, Autopilot), ensuring transparency, consistency, and continuous improvement in product development.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Management
- Develop overall project plans (timelines, budgets, resources) for R&D projects.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure project deliverables meet quality and schedule commitments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (AI, Software, Mechanical, Electrical–Electronics).
- Prepare periodic reports for management and partners.
- Manage change requests and monitor project performance KPIs.
Scrum Master / Agile Coach
- Facilitate Scrum activities: Daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Train and coach technical teams on Agile mindset and effective teamwork.
- Manage backlog, measure and monitor team velocity, and ensure transparency and predictability.
- Resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and promote team ownership.
- Propose continuous process improvements, especially in software–hardware–AI integration workflows.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Project Management, or Electrical–Electronics Engineering (preferred) or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in software or technology project management; experience in software–hardware integration projects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid Model.
- Preferred candidates have experience managing large-scale technology products (E-commerce, ERP, IoT) or R&D projects in autonomous driving, robotics, or automotive fields.
Skill and Certifications
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to identify and resolve issues early.
- Proficiency in project management tools: Jira, Confluence, or equivalents.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum processes, release planning, backlog grooming, and velocity tracking.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile PM are preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a systems-thinking mindset.
- Good English reading competency (communication skills in multicultural environments are a plus).
GENERAL INFORMATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary: Up to 25,000,000 VND/month (depending on experience and capability).
