Phenikaa-X successfully researched, designed, and manufactured 02 AMR Pallet Mover Robots delivered to SEVT Samsung Thai Nguyen on April 19, 2024.
Just 16 weeks after the project’s inception, the Robotics team at Phenikaa-X completed the design, manufacturing, and delivery of 02 AMR Pallet Movers, providing an efficient and flexible automation solution for the raw material and inventory warehouse of SEVT Samsung Thai Nguyen. Before this, on March 28, Phenikaa-X delivered a demo robot of the same type to SEVT, receiving high praise from the factory’s leadership and management team.

These robots are capable of transporting pallets with large loads from inbound locations to warehouse racks and from warehouse racks to outbound positions. The robots can autonomously find optimal paths, enabling fully automated cargo retrieval and transfer processes. Additionally, information about materials and goods is updated in real-time on SEVT’s management software.
Applying AI technology, the robots can automatically recognize and locate pallets, making cargo handling more intelligent and reducing human intervention. This is also Vietnam’s first AMR designed to ISO 3691-4 safety standards with 03 protection layers: AI cameras for human and object detection, 02 SICK safety lasers according to PL-d standards, and force sensors.

The entire process of designing, and manufacturing hardware and software systems was carried out by the engineering team at Phenikaa-X. The software system complies with API VDA5050 standards, allowing seamless integration with the factory’s management software.
The AMR Pallet Mover is the first line of transport robots to be applied in Samsung Vietnam factories, receiving maximum attention and support from SEVT’s leadership and management, promising to bring efficient transport solutions to material warehouses of not only SEVT but also other factories.
